I had a simple contract law case with documents signed and notarized by the defendant and all I got were invoices every month and no progress. The last straw for me was at a scheduled settlement conference with the opposing party, Mr. Royal made no attempt to discuss the matter with the defendant's Attorney when invited to do so, then did and said absolutely nothing to further my case with the presiding Judge. Mr. Royal said nothing. Did nothing, but I got a $700 bill for his time.
My family is heart-broken after our 2-year experience since we signed to retain Greg Miles in the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases for the May 13,2020 passing of my identical twin brother (Ray) and father to his two beautiful daughters and husband to his widow. Greg deceived us by gaining our trust that the evidence his firm discovered would win Justice for Ray. We had high hopes! Out of nowhere, Greg gives the Personal Injury case to his son. We signed papers with Christian Miles law firm and within a week or two, they dropped the case! Then, Greg set up one-on-one depositions with the Medical Malpractice attorney because "they want to settle and want to discover the impact of our loss!". Instead the depositions were 1) to lay blame on others, 2) describe Ray as a difficult patient, 3) discredit each of us. After I complained about the depositions , Greg dropped the case, after 2 years! "Good luck finding a new lawyer!" You figure out why they dropped the cases!
