Robert graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as an MBA. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University. Upon graduation, he was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada. He has successfully tried cases to both juries and judges in Nevada and California - pro hac vice. In addition to his civil litigation practice, he has dealt extensively with tort issues, subrogation, including products liability and the subrogation potential arising therefrom.
He Currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the City of Las Vegas, and formally for the Eighth Judicial District Court.
He is also a court appointed arbitrator and serves as a private mediator.
Robert is a partner with Qualey Williams Aikens, Attorneys at Law, with offices in Nevada and Connecticut and oversees the operations of the firm, litigation, as well as the handling, investigation and settlement of subrogation matters.
