About Robert L. Morris

Robert graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Law and Diplomacy). In 2004, Robert graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska with his Doctor of Jurisprudence.

In addition to providing creative solutions to complex estate and trust administration issues, Robert also regularly speaks and writes on topics of post mortem planning, estate administration, and elder law issues.

Robert is currently a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Clark County Bar Association, and a committee member of the State Bar Probate and Trust Section, Legislative Committee. He also serves as a board member and officer of Las Gaviotas Public Charity.

Robert is an AV® rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell and has been named a “Mountain States Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. He has also been named as one of the “Top Lawyers” for Estate Planning by VEGASINC, a weekly business magazine, recognizing him as one of the “Best of the Best in Southern Nevada.”

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
