Hired Attorney Mr. Paul R Michaelson

Attempted to settle case without using facts/documentation instead utilized what he 'thought' about issue and settlement. Tried to give me less money than had worked for attempting to categorize as volunteer instead of paid employee, which is a violation of FSLA and state law.
