I am posting this as a former prospective client of Mr. Driscoll. It is my personal opinion that he targets US Service Members and is willing to ruin their lives as long as he gets paid a lot of money to do it. My biggest mistake of my entire life was contacting him. I was defrauded and was looking for an affordable lawyer. I reached out to another lawyer, who referred me to Patrick Driscoll because I could not afford her rate. Patrick agreed to speak to me regarding my case. I sent Patrick Driscoll my case information but ultimately I decided not to move forward and did not hire him. He then went on to represent the opposing side. You should be extremely concerned about anything you tell him about your case, because he may go and work for the other side if they are willing to pay him enough, as he has done to me. I returned from deployment in March of 2019. 14 months later, I have not been able to celebrate coming home because Patrick Driscoll has made my life a mess.
