Mr. Garcia helped me with a very complex family law case dealing with finances as well as custody. Unfortunately, my experience with Danielle Dawson revealed numerous instances where these standards were not upheld. Throughout the case, there were significant concerns regarding her conduct, including: Misrepresentation and Dishonesty: Evidence was manipulated, and critical documents were either altered or withheld during discovery, raising serious ethical questions. Intimidation and Harassment: Danielle Dawson's behavior toward opposing counsel and parties went beyond zealous advocacy and bordered on harassment. These tactics raised significant concerns about her integrity and fairness, ultimately undermining the legal process. Such behavior not only erodes trust in the justice system but also reflects poorly on the legal profession as a whole.
