Though provided very detailed documentation on everything he asked for and then some, didn't do anything with with it but run up exorbitant fees. Threatened to withdraw one week before trial if I didn't settle, despite coming up with the extra 10K he said would get me through trial. $70,000 for a divorce from middle class (barely) couple. Unheard of. Unsatisfactory settlement.
He took an approach that was contrary to what I had asked him for, ringing up his fees. He left the final settlement to the opposing party's counsel to draft & he never read the document prior to having me sign it, at his behest I signed and after it was recorded, the issues came up & it became appaent either he didn't read or didn't understand. Then he wanted to charge me another $10k retainer just to answer a single question. Go anywhere else!
