Hired Attorney

Attorney Mike Welker of Gallian, Welker, & Beckstrom and his paralegal CB did a fantastic job with my case. I am a homeless veteran, and I got hit by a car in St. George while pedaling my bicycle. The driver was cited. I needed surgery on the tendon on my left big toe. I got the surgery and some cash. Now I can train to box, run, ride my bicycle again etc. Thank You Mike and CB.

Hired Attorney

Mike and his staff were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had in regarding the adoption of my son. My husband is the biological father but my son's biological mother gave up custody when the two of them dissolved their marriage. Although she gave her blessing for me to adopt my son, she never had signed the necessary papers for the final step. She had disappeared. Mike and his staff worked night and day to track her down and get the proper signatures needed.
