Eric L. Marshall is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to advocating for the rights of accident victims. A native of Springville, Utah, he excelled as a multi-sport athlete and Senior Class President before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Art History from Brigham Young University. He then pursued his legal education at Ohio Northern University, where he distinguished himself by winning the first-year Moot Court competition and later serving as President of the Moot Court Society. It was during this time that Eric discovered his passion for legal advocacy—a commitment that continues to define his career today.With extensive litigation experience, Eric has earned recognition as one of the top personal injury attorneys in Nevada. His accolades include Best of Henderson, My Vegas Top 100 Lawyers of the Year, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
