Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. This was my first time at hiring a lawyer and was a pleasant experience. Everyone at the office was very helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions when I called and got back to my emails quickly.
I never meet anyone at the office I had moved out of state and did every thing over the phone and emails. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for the expert legal defense you provided our small business over the past 5 years as we found ourselves the target of a lawsuit from a large corporation. Your knowledge, advice and recommendations were instrumental to the settlement that was ultimately negotiated; and, the results were better than we could have hoped for.
Emily and her firm took care of my case in a timely and professional manor. All of my questions were answered and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
While divorce is not fun by any stretch, the McFarling Law Group made it as painless as possible. They were quick, efficient, and delivered exactly what we discussed on my first meeting with them. Thank you for making what could have been a terrible experience, easy.
I got five star service from Mcfarlin'--Until she got her money...The BIG money! My judge awarded me $100,000 from my Exhusband. Mcfarlin' kept it in escgrow & NEVER returned my money properly! Next, Mcfarlin' withdrew herself as my council days before my court day. Ms. McShuffle's selfish and immoral gesture was dangerously close to an ethical matter that should get her disbarred. DO NOT HIRE McFarce aka Mrs. McShuffle at The McFinagle Law Group! I wish to share my negative experience but remain fearful that McFargin' will respond punitively.
I hired Emily to assist me in my Father's probate hearing. I retained her in 2-2013 after the Estate Attorney and Executor refused to continue paying out my inheritance that was a monthly stream of income from real property in CA and $100,000 in cash and real property. She basically did nothing and spent less than 5 hours working on the case in 2013. In 2014 she may have spent another 10 hours. All the while, the Estate Attorney Robert Graham is stealing from the Estate. He stole $300,000 and part of that was my $100k. I had to hire another attorney and spent 6 years undoing the damage done by her lack of action and lack of knowledge of the area and he was able to obtain the payment of the lease proceeds from 12-2012 to 10-2020 by forcing the Executor to disgorge the funds she'd personally taken and consumed. It cost me $25,000 on another attorney to fix her mess. Be very wary of her. MY case #11-072026 in Clark County Superior Court
