Two years ago, my brother in Las Vegas passed away following an accident. I live in California and had neither knowledge about probate nor local contacts to assist me. Not returning urgent phone calls promptly, no ability to find my messages given to her by her secretary, unilateral billing of services not provided, refusing to reply to several registered mail inquiries. I was given the excuse "I was on vacation" several times during the time I was her client. I would seek a different counsel!!
