Hired this attorney “not worth more than $500” he’s more about senses rather than real law, a complete idiot waste of time and money. He should’ve never become an attorney. My case was full arrest by another idiot. The people they should be arresting, are the leaders who are in charge of Nassau County ir heads of depts.
If you hire this attorney be prepared to be convicted. He told my friend so much nonsense that isn’t even true. He said “he’ll make some calls in the courtroom” I don’t even know wtf that even means. He also added scenarios where he guaranteed he was going to avoid probation yet he got slapped with probation. I feel bad for him, he felt uneasy with this “Lawyer” he got the book thrown at him. Anyone with legal issues make sure to read the reviews, this man is just here to fill his pockets, so whatever happens to you happens to you. He clearly won’t give a f what happens to you. The DA and judges probably get excited when he’s representing clients cause it’s an easy case for them. My friends suffering ever since he got this torn deal from this unresponsive clown.
I hired Guy Allen on July 2013 for a DWI case. He said everything was going to be fine he won’t let me go to jail. Little did I know Guy Allen was not going to represent me at court but this guy I never meet his name Frank Adiprieto. The case lasted about 17 months. On April 2013 Frank took me to the stairway to isolated me from other people, he told me my case was going to be close that day and that he needed $895.00 cash to pay for my fine. I wanted to finish my case so I gave $900.00 to him. The case did not close that day but he kept the money .I ask repeatedly for a receipt or my money back with no avail. He kept lying to me about my case and my money. Frank did nothing to defend me in court. My case closed on December 2014. I got the worst case scenario, I even spend a couple of days in jail something he knew about it but did not tell me until the last minute when I was about to get handcuffed.
As for my money, I haven’t heard anything about it. Obviously, after reading some reviews about Frank, Now I know he never intended to pay for my fine. He pocket the money for himself. There are some other former clients claiming similar experience to mine, look for all his reviews and you will find out about his bad reputation.
I want to take legal action against Frank Adiprieto. Do not hire this unethical lawyer.
