Not proactive. Not aggressive. Very expensive - charges for every second of phone time, including listening to messages and leaving messages. Gives you a stack of "do's and don'ts" for court, such as what NOT to wear, but doesn't follow her own advise. She showed up for court in a very tight, form-fitting skirt suit and stiletto heels. She was more concerned with powdering her nose and checking/rechecking her lip gloss when she should have been reviewing the case file.
