Hired Attorney

Mr. Doubek took advantage of my being young and naive, and I signed paperwork before reading it (big no no). He ended up with 3/4 of total monies won than the injured party, thats so wrong. It also took weeks for him to respond to calls. He wouldn't call our most important people to deposition, I had no say whatsoever. And when it came time for trial, it was a flat no, no trial. Also I paid for all medical records for the case, he told me I could have them, but I've yet to get them after 3 years
