Hired Attorney

This lawyer agreed to become substitute trustee and to take case to foreclosure. After months of slow progress the debtor filed for bankruptcy. This lawyer promptly withdrew even though his so called skills include bankruptcy. Billed us 50% of final fee which was paid and he suggested we seek another lawyer for bankruptcy which we did. The bankruptcy ended and we were able to return to the foreclosure issues. This lawyer claimed he was too busy to take on our case and arbitrarily withdrew leaving us back at square one. Very unprofessional, uncommunicative, takes two weeks to respond. Not available after 2pm. Very poor service.

Hired Attorney

He is the worst lawyer I have ever seen He belittled my wife constantly treating her as if she was guilty and telling my wife and myself she had no defense when I suggested a defense he said that that did not matter when in fact he used it as his closing argument and the case was dropped. If you are in need of a lawyer please run from him as fast as you can
