I had a legal issue and I reached out to BJ to see if what he could do. I own rental property in Hancock County and had a tenant that hadn't paid me in four months. The tenant finally provided me a 30 day notice to leave and at the end of the 30 days he decided that he didn't want to leave. BJ told exactly what steps we would need to take to get him out. BJ filed a Forcible Detainer Complaint and we won the case and the tenant was out in 7 days. Thanks to BJ for all his knowledge and experience. BJ did a great job and really helped me deal with this stressful situation. You can bet that I will definitely be giving him a call again if I need his help again.
hired BJ Early to do a job. He did nothing to work in my best interest. I often wondered if BJ was working for me. All BJ did was entertain an endless amount of court dates. BJ would agree on my behalf when I never agreed. BJ was supposed to be in attendance at a very important event. BJ never showed up. BJ ignored me and my case for the next 120 days. I asked BJ to file the appropriate motions that were in my best interests with the case and he refused. I finally filed a motion on my own. BJ was my attorney on file so I had to wait on him to get a court date. It had been over 2 and a half weeks waiting for BJ to respond and get me a court date. His secretary made a phone appointment with me that BJ did not show up to. At this point I had no other choice than to ask him to withdraw from my case.
