Robert C. Keller, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, earned a BA in English from Temple University and a JD from Temple University School of Law in 1979. He began his career with Mayor Joseph F. Battle in Chester, focusing on civil litigation, real estate, family law, and bankruptcy. Later that year, Mr. Keller joined the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted juvenile matters and led a trial team handling hundreds of jury and thousands of bench trials—including high‐profile murder, rape, robbery, and burglary cases. Upon retiring as Assistant DA in 1988—an honor commemorated by retiring his badge—he opened private practices in Media and Upper Darby. In 2003, he co‐founded Keller, Lisgar & Williams, LLP, dedicating his practice exclusively to criminal defense and securing thousands of not‐guilty verdicts in state and federal courts across five counties. A member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Delaware County Bar Associations, Mr. Keller has lectured for CLE programs and chaired civil arbitrations. Married with three children, he serves on nonprofit boards, mentors through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and presides over the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet Society. He holds licenses in Pennsylvania and several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
