Robert DeLuca was phenomenal from the start. It is always unnerving having to go to court, especially to fight for your children, however Robert puts your fears and stresses at ease with his knowledge, good nature, professionalism and experience! In the court room, he is brilliant ! I have been to court more than 20 times in 6 years with several different attorneys and always wind up frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend Robert DeLuca to anyone and will definitely use him again!
I found Bob from a family friend and after speaking with him over the phone for the first time, I was convinced he knew his stuff and had a huge heart. He kept me well informed on all the proceedings and followed up on every step we underwent. Bob was very honest and hard working. I would definitely recommend him to any friend of mine.

This guy is a train wreck. Totally unprofessional. Dresses like a slob (presumably b/c he's too large to find clothes that fit). Doesn't know how to use his "inside voice," every word out of his mouth is yelling & shouting. His appearance is disheveled & unclean. He's an unethical, dishonest bully who couldn't care less about principles or integrity. Has a terrible reputation in Chester County--check with any other attorney & they'll confirm not only is he not respected by his colleagues, he's an embarassment to the law profession.
Mr. DeLuca is never available to take your call and never calls you back no matter how many messages you've left on his voice mail or with his staff. I found it unprofessional and felt as though he was not working for me and was made to feel like a nuisance. In the end he charged me a $400 misc fee which he hadn't previously mentioned.
