KEVIN IS ACES!! I fired my divorce attorney and went with Kevin Werner (over a year ago) from a few recommendations from people who work in the courts!! If you want to win this is your man, he is a straight shooter and has your back 100%.. you get what you pay for and he isn't cheap, but hands down it's who you want!!

Non-responsive. Non-strategic. Non-refundable. Retained for family court. Paid $10,000. Expected representation. Got an empty inbox and a dismissal letter. The pattern: - No offensive strategy despite clear documentation and evidence - Non-responsive (emergency situation Friday → no callback until following week, if at all) - Dismissive tone ("courts aren't fair, learn to deal with it") - Complained that I was sending too much information (to my own attorney) - When I filed emergency motions myself, blamed me for "too much paperwork" - Billed me for a phone call to his secretary (who told me she couldn't help) - Withdrew when I questioned his approach What I discovered after: His reviews on Google said the exact same thing. Verdict: Not worth the retainer.

I usually don’t use these words lightly but Kevin is the scum of the earth, he doesn’t care about his clients or outcomes he only Cares about his bottom line, the man will Spend more time smoking cigarette’s at the court house then he will on your case…..to anyone that hires him in the future you will regret it

Kevin J Werner needs to retire. This attorney will promise you the world, and never deliver any of it. Kevin J Werner is stereotypical, and racist. Sullivan and Werner do not know anything about the justice system. Kevin J Werner is a liar and a fraud. The amount of money I paid for him could have been a better outcome. All he does is assure you the outcome will be what you want. None of it is true.

I am a litigation paralegal with over 20 years experience. Mr. Werner, Mr. Sullivan and their law firm, Long Tuminello, were one of the most unprofessional and negligent attorneys I have witnessed. They mishandled my case from day one and costs me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Their work was so poor that I actually drafted my own affidavits, etc. for court. Finally got another attorney but should have fired from get-go. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE - WORST LAW FIRM
