I had a situation arise from a clerical error in the City of Atlanta. I called the clerk of the county the traffic ticket occurred in South Carolina. She immediately gave me Mr. Watts' name. I called and he could not have been more pleasant and understanding. He went to the officer who wrote the ticket and obtained a dismissal for me. It was a very pleasant process, and I would recommend his services to anyone who has a criminal legal matter in Hartsville, South Carolina.
