Thomas M. Flanagan received his B.A. and M.A.T. degrees from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Prior to opening his own Office Mr. Flanagan was a partner in the Hartford Connecticut law firm of Andros, Floyd & Miller, P.C., where he directed that firm’s estate planning and estate and trust administration department.
Mr. Flanagan is a member of the Connecticut (Member, Estates and Probate Section) and American (Member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) Bar Associations. He is a former member of the Greater Hartford Probate Forum, a member of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford and a former Director and President of the Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Mr. Flanagan holds the Martindale-Hubbell AV (Preeminent) Peer Rating.
