I would highly recommend Attorney Robert Katz. I interviewed several lawyers before choosing Attorney Katz. I felt from the moment I sat down in his office that I could trust him. He was very honest and told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. If he says he is going to call you at 9, you can bet your life that at 9 o'clock sharp your phone would ring. He usually answered emails on the same day and If he could not answer them that day he would at least answer to let you know when he would be responding. When you are going through a very difficult time in your life things like that make a huge difference.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
