Hired Attorney Michael E. Bertin

Michael was my guardian angel along with Tara in the case. I was up against one of those grandstanding lawyers who just stir up drama. Michael taught me to be still and let them weave their own web to get caught up in. Tara was great at defending me against false allegations with both of the lawyers she had to deal with. Her two liners are gems. All in all I didn't understand things as they happened but as I looked at it in reverse I'm very happy I went with this firm and Michael and Tara.

Hired Attorney Matthew Green

Matt is hardworking and persistent. He is a true professional and commands respect from opposing counsel and interested parties. Matt worked on my case for years with a positive attitude until we reached an acceptable settlement. The firm was more than fair with their fees and business practices. Matt Greene has excellent interpersonal skills, I really enjoyed working with him and I am happy with the results I got from his representation. I would recommend him to anyone.

If this firm is reflective of attorney Matthew Green, look elsewhere. Adds no perspective or insight of value, disconnected from activities and not in tune with needs. Comments like, "it slipped through the cracks" are what you are in store for. There are plenty of other options.

I would not recommend this lawyer she does not disclose her fees even when you ask her That is when you get her to respond to your questions or ask for a list of fees. But she certainly did add extra fees even when she said the charges were up to date. She is very focused on charging you and not working for you. Not a good experience with her

Poor communication with me, the client, and opposing attorney. Missed court deadlines. Missed opportunities to settle out of court. Did not protect my rights. Did not advocate for me or my situation. Obviously a poor outcome. Fees were exorbitant !

The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring an attorney from this firm. I was deliberately misled, lied to more than once, had my privacy rights violated, and my attorney wasted a lot of time (and my money) addressing issues that were not relevant to my situation. Outrageously bloated fees, which, when I asked to speak with someone to clarify charges, was ignored. Very unprofessional behavior - a terrible experience.
