Meghan Freed is a divorce and family law attorney at Freed Marcroft, specializing in alternative dispute resolution. She has advanced training in collaborative law, mediation, and Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Early in her career she was named a Hartford Business Journal 40 Under Forty winner and a Connecticut Law Tribune New Leader of the Law in 2013, appeared on the New England Super Lawyers® Rising Star list from 2013 to 2016, and was honored by CWEALF as one of 40 Women for the Next 40 Years in 2014. A passionate advocate for LGBT equality, Meghan co-authored the amicus brief in Kerrigan v. In 2015 she was named one of the National LGBT Bar Association’s Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40.
