James A. Alissi has significant trial experience in both jury and non-jury matters. He represents insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, architects, real estate agents, and design professionals. He handles cases involving the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), the Connecticut Unfair Insurance Practices Act (CUIPA), The Connecticut Home Improvement Act and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.
