Hired Attorney

Horrible experience! As my parent's conservator he pitted siblings against each other while his main focus was obtaining parents' house and selling it cheap to his "business associates". He lied repeatedly and had little concern for parents' well being, only obtaining the real estate. We sold house without Winiarski for 100k more than Winiarski tried to sell it for to his "buddy". Agreeing to have him serve as conservator through Connecticut probate court was huge mistake. Go with someone known to the family. He split our family against each other just to make real estate gains.
