In addition to his legal skills, Mr. Shelton's "real world" business experience in commercial sales and marketing, equipment leasing and commercial real estate, acquired prior to embarking on his legal career, brings a valuable level of business acumen to the firm. As an active member of the community in both civic and professional organizations, Mr. Shelton served for six years on the Zoning Board of Appeals for Rocky Hill and served as the Chairman of the Rocky Hill Economic Development Commission for four years.
