Working with this law firm for years is the best decision I have ever made. Cicchiello & Cicciello has taken me under there wing each time I have had a issue and has won every case. I would recommend this law firm to everyone that has a case and wants to win. Attorney Matthew P. is my attorney but, I have worked with most of them in the firm and they are all great.
They did not defend me when on line with the judge i had to fight for myself. . They never went to investigate or reach out to the witnesses. Had to argue to get updates or return calls. When online with the judge in the beginning i got knocked down by my own attorney when he thought i wasnt online but i was. I dont recommend using them.
I would NOT do business with this firm. They obviously did not want to litigate against my former employer and gave me a bogus reason to not take on my case. They have a poor reputation in the community.
Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I signed a retainer, informed them of the date of my hearing, and was told I don't have to go to my hearing as they will "take care of everything" and either go in my place or postpone it. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I called to find out what happened and was told "I dont know what happened, I'm gunna email you some info." "What info?" "We don't want to represent you." If you're looking for lawyers with terrible communication, and wont show up to your hearings after claiming
I hired Attorney Cicchiello for a Civil Case, Once he got my retainer there were problems. It took me weeks to get a copy of the contract that I signed with him and numerous calls and emails. When I had scheduled appointments in his office, he always made me wait, 2 times for an hour and a half. He was terrible on my case and pushed me into settling when I didn't want to settle. I really wanted to try the case. I made a mistake using him and would not advise anyone to use him.
