Hired Attorney Andre Hakes

Where to start, so didn’t hand her a simple case where a bag of candy had been taken. I literally targeted her to use her knowledge of the law to help our son. It came with lows and highs. The review is about her so she’ll get a 5 star. Dry humor is something I actually liked about her, she will never let you get to deep with her but I think that’s just her personality. But again her job was to take care of my son not his parents. (Us) don’t cry on that shoulder lol. She’s awesome and we love her. Thanks so much for putting up with us.

I had no experience or knowledge other than what I found on the internet pertaining to the case I had. I reached out online got a call back after the weekend and although they are very busy they make every effort to see you in a timely manner. This is not the first time I use the firm but the first time I use it for this type of case. They have been great every time.

We bought a house in Palmyra. When we asked our RE agent what firm should we use for closing - the answer was TGB the best in the area. We used TGB and our agent was more than correct. Kim and her staff were excellent to work with, incredibly patient through a number of closing date changes and more. It has been some time but we have moved 8 prior times over the last 30 years and this was the best closing yet. Our mortgage company also thanked us for using TGB. We look forward to continuing to work with TGB and thank Bill Tucker, Kim and the entire staff for the excellent communication and work.

They always walked me through anything I didn't understand. I never had to call or wonder if things were getting done. I had been involved in a motor vehicle accident and had the worst time with the insurance company as far as payment for my vehicle damages. They stressed me out to the point where I began doing research on attorneys. I reached out to Tucker, Griffin, Barnes and spoke with Matt. From the very beginning Matt made everything so simple and completely took all my worries away. He communicated with me every step of the way and never made a decision without my approval. He was able to settle my claim for nearly 8x what was initially offered. Matt and his team are absolutely amazing! Many thanks to Kelly Roberts from bottom of my heart, who fought hard in the court room and SECURED my child's life during a painful ,tearful time. I worked with Ms Roberts for almost 2 years. Ms Roberts educated me about the legal process, was very professional, flexible with timings and payment plans. She is very personable, listens to your every word and feels your pain and for the child. She presents evidence and builds your case step by step in the court room. Ms Roberts was able to show the court who was the better parent and what really is in the best interests of the child. I highly recommend this firm and Ms Roberts.
