I was charged with Reckless Driving (94/65) in VA. I was so scared when I looked into what that meant online! The first time Mr. Evans called, he told me everything I needed to do to prepare for court and gave me a reasonable price for his help. I took all his advice and was able to get the charge dropped to improper driving with his help!! I would’ve been so lost without a lawyer and he truly did a great job.

Hired Attorney Tracy Evans II

Out of all of the attorneys I consulted with My initial consultation with Mr Evans was by far the best. He was the most knowledgeable attorney I spoke with and was the best at explaining exactly what I was facing with my case and exactly what he was going to do to fight the case for me. He was able to work with a very unresponsive Prosecutor and get me an extremely good deal due to the nature that my charge was very flimsy. He got my DWI knocked down to a reckless driving with a fine ASAP and NO LICENSE SUSPENSION. I am very pleased with the work that Tracy Evans has done for my case and very grateful for his help. I plan on recommending him to anyone in need of quality legal defense in the Harrisonburg/ Rockingham area

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
