Hired Attorney

I needed a lawyer for a Shennandoah Gen District traffic court appearance in Woodstock VA. I chose Brad(ley) Moyers because he practices primarily in this district. He had an excellent working knowledge of the judge, commonwealth attorney, and prosecutors involved. His practical explanation of the process and likely outcomes did a great deal to ease my apprehension. And on the day of trial, his knowledge of the relevant mitigating factors, and temperaments of the involved parties went a great way toward securing an amicable plea agreement to avoid trial altogether. I couldn't be more pleased. (oh yeah, he's also not the most expensive lawyer I consulted)

Hired Attorney

I was referred to Bradley Moyers by another highly respected lawyer in Harrisonburg, VA. We consulted with three attorneys who specialized in landlord and tenant law and who also had experience representing tenants. We selected Mr. Moyers as he spent the most time with us during the consultation, listening to our concerns and then explaining the issues, the difficulties of the case, and the potential costs of a trial. Mr. Moyers did a thorough job reviewing the evidence and preparing for court. Mr. Moyers was successful in getting the case against us dismissed! We are relieved and very satisfied with the outcome. We highly recommend Brad Moyers.
