Kent H. Patterson is a law firm established in 1987 with an office in Harrisburg, PA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing general civil practice, real estate, family law and 19 other areas of law.
Mr. Patterson has been my family's lawyer since I was 3 (I'm 30). He cares less about profit and more about his client's quality of life and helping people. He has always shown me how caring, diligent, and thorough he is. It helps that he looks like Abraham Lincoln. :-) He's a great person and lawyer. I'm surprised to see he's still practicing and not retired.

Kent Patterson was listed on my mother’s will as the executor and he has been procrastinating for over three years. Do not hire him, he is a procastinator. Our estate should have been settled a year ago. He almost lost the house to tax sale for failing to pay the taxes on it. He didn’t pay any of her outstanding debts and the bank closed her accounts for over 40 NSF becasue he never transfered money to cover her regular bills. RUN FROM HIM OR FIRE HIM IMMEADIALTY
My brother passed away in mid September 2015. Per my brother's will, Kent H. Patterson was assigned to be the executor of the estate. The time of this review is mid March 2019 so my brother passed almost 3 years and 6 months ago. Since my brother's passing, Mr. Patterson has been dragging his feet getting my brother's estate settled. For starters he did not follow PA O.C. Rule 10.5. The list of his excuses is truly amazing. In my opinion, he is totally incompetent.
As Executrix of my sister's $60,000 estate, I have waited 5 years for Mr. Patterson to complete what has to be done to secure a Final Order. In the meantime I have done the tax return on my own, made pay-outs to those designated in her will, dealt directly with the Clerk of Courts, paid bond fees, etc. Except for the original filing with the Court, he has missed every deadline, ignored my letters and emails requesting guidance & treated with utmost arrogance & disrespect.
