Many Years ago I needed an attorney while dealing with financial issues with my ex husband. Gary was so helpful and represented me and my case, as well as protected my finances. I highly recommend him and his office. To this day I still contact him if I need advice or referrals for Legal issues.
My husband and I wanted to file a chapter 13 or chapter 7 bankruptcy. He/his office said it was a $1499.00 fee, we gave them $1000 deposit that day in his office. Over a 3-4 month period we decided not to go through with any bankruptcy. We kept them updated via email the whole time. Now they are refusing to give us any of the deposit back. We thought they would maybe keep $250 just because they do, but all $1000 and no bankruptcy was ever filled. They said we can pay $499 if we continue.
