I hired Emily Long Hoffman in Dec 2019 for a civil suit. She told me all the paperwork was filed with the court and now I just wait for the letter with the hearing date. From that moment on, my calls, messages and emails went unanswered. She finally responded to my numerous calls and messages when I called to let her know I was livid that I had to call the Prothonotary office to get the status of my case, only to find she did not file the proper paperwork 2 years earlier! Supposedly she went and refiled but I don't know! She tells you very little - if anything, doesn't follow through with what she says she will do and is expected of an honest, paid professional. 2 weeks ago she forwarded an email from the lawyer of whom I'm suing, telling me some of my items will be available for immediate pickup. I've sent several emails back to her asking several questions including when can I get them and she still has not responded again! Don't know what to do! BEYOND LIVID AND SEEKING RESOLUTION
