Mr. Oshel is very professional and competent. He has a wonderful staff and is always willing to see me and discuss whatever questions I have. He is very upfront with his fees and how he expects to be paid. I like this because there are no hidden fees or surprise fees.
Frustration. He was listed as a lawyer that offered a discount for a membership club we had. Even though they refereed him he refused to honor the discount. He did not communicate to us that every phone call and every e-mail would be charged to our account. We would call with non lawyer type questions such as "Did you receive the fax?" and he would charge us a consulting fee for that. We showed up to court for finalization just to find out he didn't file all the forms. It had to be postponed 2 mo
