Although Ms. Goodwin has built a strong reputation over the years, my experience with her was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about her professional ethics. After accepting my case and taking payment, no progress was made. Despite sending dozens of emails, I only received vague responses from her mother, who appeared to manage the office. While polite, her mother merely promised to inform Ms. Goodwin, but I never received a direct response to my numerous emails or phone calls. After a year of being ignored, I decided to seek assistance from an attorney with better ethical standards. It is profoundly frustrating and unfair for a client to place trust in a highly recommended professional, only to be met with neglect. At the very least, I expected transparency—such as a notification that she was unable to take on my case—and a refund. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unethical
