While I expected a dedicated advocate, my experience with Susan Criss was unprofessional and counterproductive. Her approach was often adversarial toward her own client; she was frequently disorganized and used demeaning language during our consultations. Critical issues included: Lack of focus: Prioritizing personal anecdotes over case strategy. Hostility: Berating me for small errors and using inappropriate language. Bias: Dismissing professional psychological assessments without cause. Ethical concerns: Threatening to pursue harsher outcomes based on personal misconceptions. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her services to anyone seeking reliable or ethical legal representation.The Carlson Law Firm, a much more professional and much more efficient and diligent law firm with much better attorney's, were able to get my case dismissed and dissolved all together.
