About Lynn L. Libersky

Lynn has 26 years of litigation experience and will focus his practice on Family Law, including, but not limited to, divorce, child support, custody and visitation, CPS cases, adoptions, name changes, and enforcements. Lynn is known for his track record of providing clients with excellent representation across a wide spectrum of divorce and other family law matters in the Greater Killeen area. Lynn received his bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law. Lynn is a member of the Bell County Bar Association. Lynn is also a member of First Baptist Church of Temple and supports the Texas Baptist Men’s Disaster Relief and the First Blessing Shoe Ministry at FBC of Temple.

Unfortunately, after hiring Mr. Libersky and providing him with an abundance of information and sources in regards to my case, he failed to utilize or review these crucial details causing great amounts of loss within my life. The real individual who committed the offense signed a document stating his confession. I should have been released and wasn't until I wrote a letter of inquiry to the judge about my case after sitting in the county jail for 6 months! The judge ordered my release.
