Being from out of state, we wanted a local attorney to handle a change in the property deed for a Harbor Springs condo my wife and I own. I was impressed with Joel Moore from the first (of several) phone call. He was generous with his time, clear in his explanations, and thoughtful in his suggestions of our options. Meeting in his office confirmed my initial impressions. As a Baby Boomer, I needed that face-to-face meeting to seal the trust and confidence we had built by phone.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
