Lipsey & Clifford, P.C.. was founded in 2001 and originally located across the street from our current office in Hanover, MA. As our caseload grew, so did our locations and talented staff. Our Social Security and Disability Center was opened in April 2006, Michael Flores joined the firm as of counsel in December 2010, the Boston office opened in February 2011 and Beth Levenson joined us in April 2011.

The law firm is highly involved in the local community with Attorney Scott Clifford appointed to the Hanover Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in May 2011 and the firm participating in the annual Sharon Sprint Triathlon to raise money for charity.

Hired Law Firm

After being injured at my place of employment, I employed Lipsey and Clifford to represent me with Workmen’s Compensation. They made the process manageable and pain-free. I was able to reach a settlement and I know that I couldn’t have done it without Bruce Lipsey’s help. I highly recommend this law office to anyone who needs legal advice.

Hired Attorney Bruce Lipsey

Attorney Lipsey (Bruce) is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He personally answers my phone calls and replies to my e-mails timely, even on Sundays. He took my case for Workers Compensation and Disability. He did such great job on my Disability claim that I was approved for SSDI within two (2) months from filing the application, and benefits were paid retro-active to the first date of my disability. He is an outstanding attorney, and I highly recommend him.

Please note that Atty Lipsey worked my case Pro Bono. This in itself was "mind-boggling" in this age of money-dominated services-not to mention an attorney practicing in the Commonwealth's Boston.
Able to get to the 'facts', and truth of the matter to be litigated.
Thoroughly reviews each aspect of a case.Appeared at each hearing with me, or on my behalf. Having him me accompany to SSA was such a relief.
He put me at ease when speaking on my behalf at the actual hearing before the Judge.

Mr Lipsey was very helpful. He met with me in the first week that I contacted his office. He filed my appeal right away, and he was honest and straight forward about what I should expect. His staff of assistants were very nice and helpful when I contacted them by phone with concerns and questions. I thank them all very much.

Bruce Lipsey was amazing. He always made sure we knew everything that was going on, and made us feel very relaxed. Trying to get approved for disability is frustrating and nerve racking to say the
least, but we always felt confident after our meetings. I would highly recommend him.
