Hired Attorney James M. Milligan Jr.

Attorney James Milligan took two vacations during my trial month, and left me fending for myself. He will send his associates to your court dates, and leave you with false hope. I paid for legal counsel from him and he failed so miserably with my case that he promised us he would refund our money. He only sent $1,000 back, and I am shocked by his unprofessional behavior and cavalier demeanor. He seems to only care about taking time off and vacationing, not running his business efficiently. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemies to this guy.
