Griswold, LaSalle, Cobb, Dowd & Gin, L.L.P. is a law firm established in 1947 with an office in Hanford, CA. At this office location, there are 12 lawyers practicing civil litigation, criminal law, trial practice and 96 other areas of law.

Mario has excellent communication skills. I formed an S Corp with three other people. He was able to take a complicated process and make it understandable and easy to accomplish. The process was so smooth that I would ask that he add completion of IRS form 2553 to his procedure. This will ensure that it is done properly and in a timely manner that does not rely on an outside accountant.
