Dias Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Hanford, CA. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing agricultural law, criminal law, family law and 9 other areas of law.
This is a full service law firm that really cares, the first thing they asked was “How can I help you?” As opppossed to “How will you be paying for your retainer?” They are compassionate, dedicated and aggressive, which is why I felt confident in their council and ultimately why I will continue to use them even though they aren’t local to me. They provide large corporate law practice quality service, with a personal intimate touch. Michael and his team cared about me!

My experience was awful they never answered my calls or questions. They were helping me get through a divorce and they just scammed me i paid a retainer fee they used it all up never even did anything in may divorce did not show compassion or even communicate with me i had to beg for replies . called various times a day and left various emails and voice messages.
I paid for a consolation. They said they would call me weeks ago leaving me a voice mail stating the time . They took out MY money asap and never called me. When I called them for a refund they said I was supposed to call them; WRONG! I have the voice mail. Now I want my money returned I have to jump hoops! Very unprofessional. I want my money back!!
This woman literally took advantage of me and let me hire her when she had no idea what she was even doing and never even planned on working on my case. All that this woman did was take my money and write up my bill. I thought I had a lawyer for months who was going to represent me but then the day before my court date she said she would only represent me if I gave her another $5000!!! In the next 24hours!!!!!!! (She did NOTHING for me after I gave her the first $5000.) I told her that wasn’t possible to do in that time frame and she literally bailed on me the morning of my court date. SHE DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CPS, BUT SHE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! She will NOT fight for you. Do NOT hire this woman, stay away from the entire Diaz Law Firm just because she works there. And she still ended up coming up with some BS bill that added up to an additional $3,500 more. She charged me almost $10,000 and didn’t even represent me at my court date!!!!!!! That’s so effed up!
