I have never dealt with a lawyer before and too tell you the truth I was a bit sceptic. I have to say that Robert Asercion made it all a bit easier. If I had a question it was answered. He never made me feel like I was an interruption of his job but the Purpose of it. This man I would definitely recommend too all my Friends and Family
Mr. Dildy is an amazing lawyer once you start working and building a relationship with him and his paralegal you will not be disappointed. I have worked with Mr. D on all four visitation and court cases and won. Once Mr. Dildy enters the courtroom the winning zone is turned on.
David Dildy was the worst mistake I ever made. He didn’t protect my kids, he left them in danger and told me to let things get worse to “build a case.” He avoided conflict, sympathized with the other side, and refused to act even when I had proof my children weren’t safe. Every call turned into pointless stories or Bible lessons while nothing moved forward. He lied about filing paperwork, cost me thousands, and even urinated during a phone call. Yes, seriously. I had to fight him harder than the opposing side. He doesn’t care, he doesn’t fight, and he should never represent a child again. Stay far away.
My husband hired Mr. Dildy last year for a custody case. He got him to court quickly for the emergency case and after that let the games begin. David makes excuses for why we couldn’t press concerns and other issues. He constantly says he doesn’t like to fight, he wasn’t going to throw stuff at the wall, and that he felt sorry for the other side (mother). He would tell us that by letting the children go visit her and having the bad stuff continue to happen it would only be better for court and would give us more to use against the mother We had already NUMEROUS reasons why the kids were in danger! It was an emergency case !!! He uses manipulation and fear to keep charging you money. He literally works for the other side. We fired him thank goodness after $30,000 to beg him to do his job a month before trial. We would’ve represented ourselves before letting the devil do it himself. We were more scared for him to represent us than not have an attorney at all. Crook and wicked man.
Mr Long was appointed as my children's GAL and he was horrible!! Instead of focusing on the best interests of the children, he was being very heavy-handed in trying to get me to reconcile with my soon to be ex-husband! It was shocking and appalling and completely out of the realm of his duties as a GAL. He was removed from the case due to his actions. Do right by your children and steer clear of Mr Long!
He was a guardian ad litem on my case for my child and he didn't do anything. At the end we came to a custody agreement and he had to be paid almost $3,000 that they split between me and the father! If he was going to have a fee that high for being a guardian ad litem you'd think they would tell us before we agreed to do it or even have a retainer! I feel completely taken advantage of!
Mr. David Dildy was an extremely poor choice that I had for a lawyer. I hired him for a family member. Mr. Dildy did not return phone calls, was argumentive with me and rude. After I paid him for services he did not perform at all. One week before my family member's trial,Mr. Dildy had NO plan,No direction for how he was going to present the case. I am a Woman, and I think Mr. Dildy has issues with Women. He is very short tempered. The Judge in this case granted Mr. Dildy's removal from this case
