Hired Attorney

Howard P Smith was very considerate and concerned about my injuries following my car accident. He fought for me and, more importantly, asked what I wanted concerning my lawsuit. And after the lawsuit was over, he cared enough to check up on me and see if I was doing better. I could not have asked for a lawyer who was more considerate and more concerned about me rather than how much money he could make off me.

In our initial conference with me and my best friend; he said one percentage rate for his commission. When one of the settlements became final and I received my payment; he had taken a much 'higher' percentage rate for his commission. Nearly 3 times as much as he had been telling me through-out this case. He was paid more than I was.
