We are a law office headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia. We focus on Business Planning, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy and Debt Negotiation. We work personally to serve our clients and equip them for the future. Whether creating a simple will or a complex trust; starting or closing a business; stopping a home foreclosure, repossession, garnishment or getting out of debt; we work individually with all our clients to find a solution that is perfectly suited to their needs. Our law firm is large enough and experienced enough to provide our clients with the expertise they need, but small enough to deliver the close personal attention they deserve.

I would like to say that my recent experience working with Attorney Carolyn Bedi was a very painless and enjoyable one. She was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and took out the time to explain the entire chapter 7 bankruptcy case to me in detail. I highly recommend her. Best attorney ever. Thanks again for everything. Mr Bedi is very compassionate and helps in any way he can. Very willing to work with people and very takes time to make sure you understand what is going on. Also give his clients plenty of time to ask him questions.

Mr. Bedi was attentive and sympathetic. However his office staff missed a couple of things preparing the court documents that resulted in a return to court.

Hired Attorney John Bedi

He didn't keep me very well informed & I didn't feel as if he was trying very hard to protect us which is what we needed. We were in a horrible position & needed help. The bankruptcy ended up dismissed because we couldn't keep up the payments he had set up for it because we could barely afford food at the time. So we are still trying to deal with all that debt. It seems he could have helped us more.
