There have been many times I've even questioned who's 'side' she was on....
Took a day off of work to travel to see this "lawyer". She took payment and said she was going to send a letter to the other party. Letter was never sent lost a days work and paid for absolutely nothing to happen. Very unprofessional, might as well be a panhandler I gave monet to. At least they would've needed it. Scam artist in my humble opinion.
Carley Parish should not be aloud to practice law. She's a liar, very unprofessional and does not have her clients best interest in mind whatsoever. Carley's motive is to break the line of communication between the 2 parents. Affecting the ability to communicate on the needs of their children and cause resentment. This leads to more legal conflicts which put more dollars in her pocket. In the end she scrabbles to avoid a court appearance and is very disorganized in trying to come to a resolution. She has lied about her intention to file a signed agreement to smooth over issues then proceeds to try to re-engage in more legal legwork.
Falsely informing clients and playing into feuds between families . She enjoys agreeing with narcissists and will not be going anywhere with the file she took on thats for sure. Needs to be more professional and less judgemental
This lawyer should not practice family law and must stay away from children. It uses children as weapons and bargaining objects. A Criminal Act as per the World Health Organization signed by Canada for human rights. The Law Society has been made aware of it.
Working with this lawyer was a great disappointment. Loss of time and money. Beside being a bully, she is very disrespectful and can lie to your face. Also keep your children far away from this dangerous person.
Never answers questions.Says she will meet you before court but doesn't.Spends the time with opposing lawyer. You do all the paper work. Gives your file to someone else in firm without notice, you find out when you call to talk to her. This happened twice in two years.Talks down to you when you ask questions instead of finding answers.Lies to judge that her client knows what she is doing.
