Susan's lack of professionalism, empathy & honesty in caring for clients is a disgrace to all guardians. She has never spent more than 5 minutes with my grandmother in almost a 2 year span, does not call her & has kept all financial records from family and legal parties despite being asked multiple times where the clients funds are. Reports have been filed with BEAS and were swept under the rug. She has not included family or communicated, in important decisions in regards to the client (ie: left in the ER for days with no medical reason deemed fit, & without a proper plan in place going forward for the client and failing to pay medical bills for several months to ensure the the client was properly covered insurance wise). Guardians are in place to aide & protect in the well-being of the client, both physically & financially and Susan has abused this role and left our family without answers, communication or understanding. I would never recommend Susan for anyone I love and care for.

Worst guardian even our mother 85 with dementia and Alzheimer’s took her out of her home placed her in respite moved her every 5 days knowing she has children who want her disregards what the family wants placed in worst home ever with Covid outbreak hangs up on you very dishonest and puts your loved ones at risk it’s thanksgiving and instead of being with her family she is sitting in a disgusting environment with Covid if you love your parents kids ext don’t hire her
