I stood up to Zeman Homes regarding a clearly unethical practice and they hired Michael Griffin to contact me. At first I suspected that he was someone's friend or cousin pretending to be a lawyer because I couldn't even wrap my head around how immature and unprofessional he was. Much to my surprise, he is a licensed attorney with surprisingly little feedback on the internet but none of it is good. He did not solve the problem and greatly exacerbated it! Zeman Homes is certainly no angel but I'd imagine that they hired him because they wanted to stay out of litigation and didn't want a really angry person who's not being treated fairly shouting it from the rooftops, especially because it's exceedingly easy to dig up dirt on them. I've worked professionally in finance and with other lawyers and I can say with full confidence that my conversation with him could have been a one and done. I suspect that he had a financial interest in getting those billable hours out of this so okay......pr
