GI have only had one experience with a lawyer in my life and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. Randy Godshalk is the most unprofessional, unreliable, careless person I have ever dealt with. Upon receiving a recommendation, I hired Randy for my Child Support/Custody Case. He told me everything could be handled over the phone or via e-mail. Phone calls were never returned, e-mails never answered. I was advised not to show up for Mediation (after double checking that it was ok THREE times) and found out that the entire case could have been settled in that Mediation. I had e-mailed Randy 20 pages of required documents and documentation of other issues I wanted addressed, and Randy called me the MORNING of mediation while I was AT WORK, asking me to send him my most recent check stub which was already sent to him ALONG WITH 20 OTHER PAGES OF DOCUMENTATION. Randy proceeded to FAIL to show up for my first court date, causing me to lose a day off work AND miss another one to attend the rescheduled.
